Plan Limits & Feature Access
creavio offers tiered plans designed to grow with your creative business. Each plan unlocks additional features and higher limits so you only pay for what you need.
Plan Comparison
Here's what's included at each tier:
- Free — 2 active clients, 1 gallery, basic invoicing, 100 emails/month. Perfect for getting started.
- Starter — 25 active clients, 10 galleries, contracts, scheduling, 1,000 emails/month. Built for working photographers.
- Professional — unlimited clients and galleries, automations, analytics, 5,000 emails/month. For established businesses.
- Business — everything in Professional plus team members, white-label branding, priority support, and 25,000 emails/month.
Understanding Limits
When you approach a limit, creavio shows a gentle notification rather than blocking you abruptly. You'll see:
- A progress bar on your dashboard showing usage (e.g., "18 of 25 clients")
- A banner when you're at 80% of any limit
- A prompt to upgrade when you hit the ceiling
Reaching a limit doesn't delete your data. Existing records remain accessible — you simply can't create new ones until you upgrade or free up space.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. The lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll need to reduce your active items before the downgrade processes. creavio will guide you through what needs attention.
Feature Gating
Features locked on your current plan appear with a subtle lock icon. Clicking them shows what plan is required and a one-click upgrade path. No features are hidden — you can always see what's available at higher tiers.
