White Label Settings

White Label Settings

White labeling lets you remove all creavio branding from client-facing pages and replace it with your own. Your clients see your brand, your colors, your logo — with no indication that you're using creavio behind the scenes. This feature is available on Agency plans.

What Gets White Labeled

  • Client portal: Your logo and colors replace creavio's on the login page and dashboard
  • Gallery pages: All gallery views display your branding exclusively
  • Invoices and contracts: Documents sent to clients show your business identity
  • Emails: Automated emails come from your domain with your branding
  • Booking pages: The entire booking flow matches your visual identity

Configuring White Label

  1. Navigate to Settings > White Label
  2. Upload your logo in SVG or PNG format (minimum 400px wide, transparent background recommended)
  3. Set your primary brand color using a hex code
  4. Upload a favicon for browser tabs
  5. Configure your custom email sender domain
  6. Preview all changes before saving

Custom Domain

For complete white labeling, connect a custom domain so your client portal lives at something like gallery.yourstudio.com instead of the default creav.io URL. Add a CNAME record in your DNS settings pointing to the address shown in your White Label configuration page.

Email Domain Setup

To send automated emails from your own domain, you'll need to add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to your DNS. creavio provides the exact records to add. This process typically takes 24 to 48 hours for full propagation.

Who Should Use White Label

White labeling is ideal for studios and agencies that want a seamless brand experience. If you manage multiple photographers or operate under a studio name, white labeling ensures every client touchpoint reinforces your brand rather than a third-party platform.
