An agency account is a flat $399 per month. That single rate covers unlimited team members and unlimited client accounts. There are no per-seat or per-client add-ons.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout. The discount applies to your subscription. There is no separate place to add a code later; it goes in during checkout.
How billing is charged
Billing runs through our payment provider on a monthly cycle. As long as the subscription is active, your agency console stays open and everything you manage keeps running normally.
If billing stops
If a payment fails or the subscription is cancelled, your agency console locks. While it is locked:
- You cannot open the agency console.
- Acting as a client ends. Any open client session stops on its next action.
The important part: every client's own workspace keeps running, untouched. Each client is a separate account with its own login, its own plan, its own website, and its own money tools. None of that depends on your agency subscription, so a lapse on your side never takes a client's business offline. From a client's point of view, nothing changes.
Getting access back
If the lock was caused by a failed payment, access is restored automatically the moment a successful payment goes through. You do not need to rebuild anything; your clients, your team, and your connections are all still there.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling locks the agency console and ends acting as a client, exactly as a lapse does. It does not delete or disturb any client workspace; each client keeps running on their own account.
