You run ads for a client from inside their workspace. Open the client from Agency → Clients and you are working as that client, with their connected accounts and their data, while still signed in as yourself.
1. Work in the Ads tab
Each client workspace has a tab strip: Overview, Ads, Analytics, Organic, and Listening. The Ads tab is where you build and manage that client's paid campaigns. It shows a blended rollup across platforms, collapsible per-platform detail, and needs-attention alerts, with a date range you control.
2. Start a new campaign
Use the New campaign button in the Ads tab. You can build directly on a platform, or plan across all three at once:
- Build directly. Choose Meta, Google, or Pinterest and go straight into that platform's builder. Google offers a campaign-type entry first, so you pick the type before you build.
- Plan with the campaign strategist. As a second option, the strategist helps you plan across all three platforms and then hands off into the builders.
Each builder is filled in against the client's own connected ad account, so the platform and the write target are real, not placeholders.
3. Review and pass the pre-launch check
Before a campaign can go live it goes through a pre-launch gate. creavio creates the campaign paused and runs a readiness check, so nothing spends until you deliberately launch it.
4. Launch on the client's connected account
When you launch, the campaign runs on the client's own connected ad account, using the budget you set, not yours. The campaign belongs to the client's account.
5. Budgets are set per client
You set the budget as part of building the campaign, and creavio confirms it before launch. A campaign only goes live within the budget you have set for that client.
Before you can build
Building and launching requires the client's ad account to be connected first. See the connection guides in this section for connecting a client's Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest ad accounts.
