Your agency account includes unlimited team members. You add people from Users & access in your agency console, give each person a role, and decide exactly which clients and which products they can touch. Invited people are never separate accounts to buy and never clients themselves.
1. Invite by email
Add a teammate by their email address. They receive an invite link and sign in through it, so there is no password to set up before they can start. The link proves they own the email; once they use it, they get a session scoped to exactly the access you granted.
2. Choose a role
Every teammate has a role. The roles, from most to least access, are:
- Owner: full control of the agency, including billing and people.
- Admin: manage clients and team members.
- Editor: create and edit work for the clients they are assigned to.
- Analyst: read and report on the clients they are assigned to.
- Approver: review and approve work.
- Viewer: read-only access.
3. Scope access per client and per product
Access is not all-or-nothing. When you assign a person, you choose which clients they can work in. You can assign them to every client at once, or pick specific clients one at a time and give a different role on each. You can also narrow a person to specific products, so a teammate can be limited to only the parts of a client's workspace they need.
4. Resend an invite
If a teammate has not used their link yet, resend the invite from the users list. A fresh link goes to their email.
5. Revoke access
Remove a person's access from the users list at any time. Revoking takes effect on their next request, so a removed teammate cannot keep working from an open session.
A note on owners
An agency must always have at least one owner. You cannot remove the last owner. To remove someone who is currently the only owner, make another person an owner first, then remove them. You also cannot remove your own access or remove someone at or above your own role; ask another owner to do that for you.
