You publish social content for a client from inside that client's workspace, using the accounts they already have connected. This guide covers writing a post, choosing when it goes out, and finding the real result.
1. Open the composer
Open the client, then go to the Organic area of their workspace. The composer is where you write the post, add media, and pick which platforms it goes to.
2. Choose where it posts
The composer only offers the platforms the client actually has connected. If a destination is not connected, it will not be offered, and if you try to post to an account with no active connection, creavio tells you to connect the account first rather than failing silently. Pick at least one platform before you schedule or publish.
3. Draft, schedule, or publish now
- Save draft. Keep the post without sending it. A draft does not need a platform selected.
- Schedule. Pick a date and time and creavio sends it then.
- Publish now. creavio hands the post off to publish immediately.
4. Confirm the real result in the queue
Publishing now is a handoff, not an instant guarantee. creavio accepts the post and then sends it to the platform, so a platform-side problem (for example a missing permission on the connected account) arrives after the post is accepted. When you publish now, check the queue for the outcome. The queue shows the platform's own result for each post, including the platform's error text if something was rejected, so you can act on it instead of assuming it sent.
