creavio gives you two levels of reporting: a detailed view for a single client, and a rollup across every client you manage. Both read only the accounts you actually have connected, and never show a fabricated number for a source that is not connected.
Per-client performance
Open a client from Agency → Clients and use their workspace tabs to see performance. The Ads tab shows account performance by platform, including spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, and conversions, with a blended rollup on top and per-platform detail below. The Analytics, Organic, and Listening tabs cover the rest of the picture. A date range sits on every tab.
Cross-client overview
Your agency console home shows a rollup across all the clients you manage, so you can see the whole book at a glance instead of opening each client one by one. It reads only your own managed clients over the period you pick.
Export a white-label report
From a client's workspace you can export a report as a PDF. The report carries your agency's own identity, your logo if you have set one, otherwise your agency name, and no creavio branding appears in it. It covers the client's performance across the connected sources for the date range you choose. Any section with no connected source is shown as not connected rather than filled with placeholder numbers.
Who can see reporting
Reporting is read-only. A teammate can see a client's reporting when you have assigned them to that client. Because it grants no authority to change anything, reporting is reachable by more of your team than the management screens, which stay limited to owners and admins.
