Start your agency on creavio

An agency account on creavio is one login that runs creavio for every client you manage. You do not buy a separate account for each client, and you never sign in as a client. This guide walks the signup, from the fork on the signup page to the console you land in after payment.

1. Choose the agency path

Go to the signup page and pick the agency option. The signup page offers two paths: a creator account for running your own brand, and an agency account for managing clients. Choosing the agency option starts the agency signup at /agency/signup. If you are running your own brand instead of managing clients, choose the creator path.

2. Create the agency account

On the agency signup form you enter four things:

  • Agency name. The name your team and your client reporting will carry.
  • Your email. This becomes your login and the agency owner account.
  • A password. At least eight characters.
  • Your agency URL. This is your creav.io/ address. As you type, creavio checks it live and tells you whether it is available, already taken, or reserved.

Accept the terms, then continue to payment. You are not charged on this step.

3. Pay the flat monthly rate

Agency access is $399 per month, flat. That covers unlimited team members and unlimited client accounts, and you can cancel at any time. Checkout runs through our payment provider. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout to apply it to your subscription.

4. Land in your agency console

Once your payment settles, creavio activates your agency and takes you to your console. Activation happens right after payment, so it may take a few seconds to finish. If the console is not ready the moment you arrive, refresh the page.

5. Follow the setup checklist

Your new console shows a setup checklist with four steps:

  1. Add your first client: create the workspace you will manage for them.
  2. Connect their accounts: link the social and ad accounts you run for that client.
  3. Invite your team: give your staff access, scoped per client and per product.
  4. Set your agency branding: your logo and name across the console and client reporting.

The checklist tracks real progress from your account, so a step only shows as done once it actually is. The card disappears once all four steps are complete.
