Account Deletion

Account Deletion

If you decide to leave creavio, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data. This guide explains the process, what gets deleted, and what you should do before requesting deletion.

Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before proceeding, make sure you've completed these steps:

  • Export your data: Go to Settings > Data > Export to download all your client records, booking history, invoices, and contracts as CSV files
  • Download galleries: Download any gallery images you want to keep. Once your account is deleted, all hosted images are permanently removed
  • Settle outstanding invoices: Ensure all client payments have been processed and any pending payouts have been completed
  • Cancel your subscription: Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically during deletion, but cancelling first ensures no additional charges

What Gets Deleted

  1. Your profile and account settings
  2. All client records and contact information
  3. Booking history and calendar data
  4. Contracts, invoices, and payment records
  5. Gallery images and all hosted files
  6. Email templates and automation workflows
  7. Analytics and reporting data

What Is Retained

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  2. Enter your password and 2FA code to confirm your identity
  3. Select a reason for leaving (optional but appreciated)
