Custom Branded Emails

Custom Branded Emails

Every email creavio sends on your behalf is a brand touchpoint. Custom branded emails replace generic templates with your logo, colors, and style, making every communication feel intentionally designed.

What You Can Customize

creavio's email branding controls let you modify:

  • Logo: Appears at the top of every email
  • Brand colors: Header background, button colors, link colors, and accent elements
  • Footer: Custom text, social media links, and contact information
  • Font: Choose from web-safe fonts that render reliably across email clients
  • Layout: Select from several email layout templates

Setting Up Your Brand

  1. Go to Settings > Branding > Email
  2. Upload your logo (recommended: 400px wide, transparent PNG)
  3. Set your primary brand color. This is used for buttons and headers.
  4. Set your secondary color for accents and links
  5. Customize the footer text with your studio name, location, and social links
  6. Click Preview to see how emails will look
  7. Click Save to apply across all email types

Which Emails Are Branded

Your branding applies to all emails sent through creavio:

  • Invoice and payment emails
  • Contract delivery
  • Gallery notifications
  • Booking confirmations
  • Questionnaire requests
  • Workflow automation emails
  • Newsletter and marketing emails

Email Client Compatibility

Email rendering varies wildly across clients. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo all display emails differently. creavio's email templates are tested across 50+ email client and device combinations to ensure your branding looks consistent everywhere.

Dark Mode

Many email clients now support dark mode. creavio automatically adjusts your branded emails for dark mode viewing, ensuring your logo and colors look good on both light and dark backgrounds. If your logo has a white background instead of transparency, it will appear as a white rectangle in dark mode. Use a transparent PNG to avoid this.

From Name and Reply-To

Under Settings > Branding > Email > Sender, set your "from" name (e.g., "Sarah Chen Photography" rather than just "Sarah"). You can also set a custom reply-to address so client replies go to your preferred inbox.
