1. Go to Pipeline
Open the Clients tile from your home dashboard or All Apps, then switch to the Pipeline tab. This opens your kanban-style deal tracker.
2. Create Stages
Start by setting up your pipeline stages. These represent the steps a potential client goes through before booking. Common stages for photographers:
- Inquiry for new leads
- Consultation for initial conversations
- Proposal Sent when you've shared pricing
- Contract Signed once terms are agreed
- Booked when the deposit is paid
Click Add Stage and name each one. You can always add, rename, or reorder stages later.
3. Add Deals
Click the + button in any stage to create a new deal. Enter the client name, deal value, and any notes. Assign it to a client from your CRM or create a new one on the spot.
4. Drag Between Stages
As conversations progress, drag deals from one stage to the next. This gives you a visual snapshot of where every potential booking stands at a glance.
5. Track Values
Each stage shows the total value of all deals within it. This helps you forecast revenue and understand your booking pipeline. The overall pipeline value is displayed at the top.
