Collections
Collections is a unified system that replaces separate gallery, proofing, and review tools. One collection, four modes.
Modes
- Gallery — Beautiful, shareable photo gallery for final delivery
- Proofing — Clients select their favorites from a set of photos
- Review — Collaborative review with comments and annotations (great for commercial work)
- Delivery — Download-focused delivery with organized folders
Creating a Collection
Go to Website > Collections and click New Collection. Choose from 8 project templates (Wedding, Portrait Proofing, Commercial Review, etc.) or start blank. Templates pre-fill the mode, layout, watermark, and download settings.
Sharing
Share a collection by email with permission levels: View Only, Comment, Select & Comment (default), or Full Access. Shared collections can be password-protected.
AI Auto-Cull
Use AI Auto-Cull to automatically score images by sharpness, exposure, composition, and subject quality. It detects duplicates and recommends which photos to keep, review, or remove — saving hours of culling time.
