Email Signatures

Email Signatures

Your email signature is the finishing touch on every message you send. creavio lets you create a polished, on-brand signature that's automatically appended to all outgoing emails — from invoices and contracts to personal messages and auto-responses.

Creating Your Signature

  1. Navigate to Settings > Communication > Email Signature.
  2. Use the visual editor to build your signature. You can add text, images, and links.
  3. Include your name, business name, phone number, and website URL at minimum.
  4. Optionally add your logo, social media icons, and a tagline.
  5. Click Save to apply the signature to all future emails.

Design Tips for Photographers

  • Keep it clean. Avoid cluttering your signature with too many links or images. A logo, name, phone, and one or two social links is plenty.
  • Use your brand colors. Match the text or accent colors to your brand palette for consistency.
  • Add a portfolio link. Include a direct link to your best work — every email becomes a subtle marketing opportunity.
  • Skip the quote. Inspirational quotes in signatures look dated. Let your work speak for itself.

Multiple Signatures

Create multiple signatures for different contexts. You might have a formal signature for contracts and invoices, and a casual signature for client chat messages. Switch between them in Settings > Communication > Email Signature and set one as your default.

Signature in Automated Emails

Your default signature is automatically appended to drip sequence emails, auto-responses, and gallery delivery notifications. To exclude the signature from a specific template, uncheck Include Signature when editing that template.

Preview your signature on both desktop and mobile before saving. What looks great on a wide screen can break on a phone if images are too large or text is too long.
