Message Templates
If you find yourself typing the same responses over and over — pricing details, session prep instructions, rescheduling policies — message templates save you hours every week. Write it once, reuse it with a click.
Creating a Template
- Go to Communication > Templates and click New Template.
- Give your template a descriptive name (e.g., "Pricing Info - Weddings" or "Session Prep - Newborn").
- Write the message body. Use merge tags like {{client_name}}, {{session_date}}, and {{package_name}} to personalize automatically.
- Assign a category to keep templates organized (Inquiry, Booking, Delivery, Follow-Up).
- Click Save Template.
Using Templates in Conversations
When replying to a client message, click the template icon in the message composer. Search by name or browse by category. Select a template and it's inserted into the message field instantly. Edit the text before sending if you need to customize anything.

Sharing Templates with Your Team
If you work with associates or a studio team, templates can be shared across team members. Mark a template as Shared to make it available to everyone on your account. Only account owners can edit shared templates.
Review your templates quarterly. Update pricing, links, and seasonal language so every message stays current and accurate.
