Messages

Send and receive messages with clients without leaving creavio.

Starting a Conversation

Go to Inbox > Messages and click New Message. Select a client and start typing. Messages are delivered via email and appear in the client portal.

Thread View

Conversations are threaded by client. Click any conversation to see the full history. Attach files, images, or links directly in messages.

Templates

Save commonly sent messages as templates. Great for booking confirmations, session prep details, or follow-up messages.
