Notification Settings

Notification Settings

creavio sends notifications to keep you informed about new inquiries, bookings, payments, and client activity. You have full control over which notifications you receive and how they're delivered.

Accessing Notification Preferences

Go to Settings > Notifications to see all available notification channels. You can configure preferences for three delivery methods:

  • Email: Notifications sent to your account email address.
  • In-app: Alerts that appear in the notification bell inside creavio.
  • Push: Browser push notifications (requires permission).

Notification Categories

Notifications are grouped by category so you can fine-tune exactly what you hear about:

  • New inquiries: Someone submitted your contact form or booking request.
  • Bookings: A session was confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
  • Payments: Invoice paid, payment failed, or refund processed.
  • Contracts: Client signed or declined a contract.
  • Galleries: Client downloaded images, favorited photos, or placed a print order.
  • Questionnaires: Client completed a pre-session questionnaire.
  • System: Account security alerts, subscription changes, and platform updates.

Quiet Hours

Enable Quiet Hours to silence non-urgent notifications during evenings and weekends. Set your preferred quiet window — for example, 9 PM to 8 AM — and creavio will hold notifications until your active hours resume. Urgent alerts like failed payments still come through immediately.

Per-Client Overrides

For high-priority clients, you can enable priority notifications on their client profile. This ensures you always get an immediate alert when that client takes any action, even during quiet hours.

Review your notification settings periodically, especially after adding new features or workflows, to make sure you're getting the alerts that matter without unnecessary noise.
