Time-Saving Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts save seconds per action. Over a day of heavy creavio use, those seconds add up to 30-60 minutes. Here is every shortcut available.
The Command Palette (Cmd+K)
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the command palette. This is the single most powerful shortcut in creavio. From the palette, you can:
- Navigate: Type any page name to jump there instantly. "Invoices," "Calendar," "Media," "Settings."
- Search: Find clients, bookings, invoices, or collections by name or keyword.
- Create: Type "New client," "New invoice," "New booking" to start creating without navigating first.
- Actions: Type "Send email," "Upload media," or other common actions.
Think of it as the search bar for your entire account. When you know what you want to do, Cmd+K is the fastest path.

"G" shortcuts use a two-key sequence. Press G, release, then press the second key within 1 second.
Media Library Shortcuts

Tips for Learning Shortcuts
- Start with just Cmd+K. It replaces most navigation clicks by itself.
- Learn the shortcuts for pages you visit most often.
- Press ? on any page to see available shortcuts for that context.
- Give yourself a week of conscious use. After that, they become muscle memory.
Customization
Keyboard shortcuts cannot be customized at this time. The defaults are designed to avoid conflicts with browser and operating system shortcuts.
