Browser Compatibility & Requirements

creavio is a web-based application that runs entirely in your browser. No software to install, no updates to manage. But like any modern web app, it works best on up-to-date browsers.

Supported Browsers

creavio is fully tested and supported on:

Google Chrome (version 90+) — recommended for the best experience.
Safari (version 15+) — optimized for Mac and iOS users.
Mozilla Firefox (version 95+) — fully supported.
Microsoft Edge (version 90+) — Chromium-based Edge works great.

Unsupported Browsers

The following browsers are not supported and may cause display or functionality issues:

Internet Explorer (any version)
Legacy Microsoft Edge (pre-Chromium)
Browsers older than the minimum versions listed above

Minimum System Requirements

Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 11+, Chrome OS, iOS 15+, Android 11+
RAM: 4 GB minimum, 8 GB recommended
Internet: Stable broadband connection (10 Mbps+ recommended for gallery uploads)
Screen Resolution: 1280x720 minimum

Enabling Required Features

creavio requires these browser features to be enabled:

JavaScript: Must be enabled (it is by default in all modern browsers).
Cookies: Required for authentication and session management.
Local Storage: Used for caching preferences and draft data.
Pop-ups: Allow pop-ups from creav.io for payment processing and file downloads.

Troubleshooting Browser Issues

If creavio isn't loading properly:

Clear your cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac) and clear cached files.
Disable extensions: Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere. Try incognito/private mode.
Update your browser: Ensure you're running the latest version.
Check your internet: A slow or unstable connection can cause timeouts during gallery uploads.
