Overview Dashboard

Go to Money > Overview to see: revenue year-to-date, expenses, net profit, outstanding invoices, and tax estimates. All at a glance.

Profitability

The Profitability tab shows revenue vs. expenses for each booking. See which session types are most profitable and which are losing money after expenses.

Recurring Income

Track your retainer clients and recurring revenue in the Goals tab. See how much predictable income you have each month.

Income Forecast

The Income Forecast tab projects your cash position over the next 6 months based on outstanding invoices, recurring expenses, and seasonal patterns. Choose between conservative, expected, and optimistic scenarios.

Insights

AI-powered financial insights analyze your data and surface actionable tips — like "You spent 40% more on gear this quarter" or "Three invoices are overdue, totaling $2,400."

Reports

Generate P&L statements, year-over-year comparisons, and Schedule C tax line reports. Export them for your accountant or keep them for your records.
