1. Go to Media
Open the Media Library tile from your home dashboard or All Apps. This opens your media library, the central hub for all your photos and videos in creavio.
2. Upload Files
Click Upload or drag and drop files directly into the media library. You can upload individual files or select multiple at once for bulk upload. creavio supports all common image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP) and video formats (MP4, MOV).
Videos are automatically transcoded into multiple quality levels for smooth streaming, so you don't need to worry about compression or format conversion.
3. Organize with Folders
Create folders to keep your media organized. Common structures include organizing by client name, session date, or project type. Drag files into folders or use bulk select to move multiple files at once.
4. Add Tags and Stars
Tag images with keywords to make them easy to find later. Star your favorites so they're always quick to access. Use the filter and search tools to locate specific images across your entire library.
5. Use Media Across creavio
Once uploaded, your media is available everywhere you need it:
- Collections for client delivery and proofing
- Website for portfolio pages and blog posts
- Social Media for scheduling posts
- Invoices and proposals for visual context
6. AI Analysis
creavio automatically analyzes uploaded images with AI to detect subjects, mood, composition, and colors. This metadata powers smart search and helps with features like auto-cull in collections.
Tips
- Use bulk select and the action bar to tag, move, or delete multiple files at once.
- The detail panel (click any image) shows full metadata, AI analysis, and usage history.
- Duplicate detection flags images that are too similar, saving storage and keeping your library clean.
