The Media Library is your central hub for all photos and videos. Upload once, use everywhere.

Uploading

Go to Website > Media Library and drag files onto the page or click Upload. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, MOV, and more. Videos are automatically transcoded to HLS for adaptive streaming.

AI Analysis

After uploading, creavio AI analyzes each image — detecting subjects, composition, mood, colors, and quality. This metadata powers smart search, portfolio suggestions, and social media captions.

Organization

Use folders, tags, and star ratings to keep your library organized. Search by filename, tag, or AI-detected content (e.g., search "sunset" to find all sunset photos).

Video Pipeline

Uploaded videos are automatically transcoded into multiple quality levels (360p, 720p, 1080p, 4K) for adaptive streaming. A thumbnail and preview are generated automatically.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple items to bulk tag, move to folder, star, or delete. Hold Shift to select a range.
