Booking Page Setup

Booking Page Setup

Your booking page is the front door to your business. It's a public page where potential clients can see your session types, view your availability, and submit a booking request — all without a single email back and forth.

Creating Your Booking Page

  1. Navigate to Bookings > Booking Page and click Set Up Booking Page.
  2. Choose a URL slug for your page (e.g., creav.io/book/your-studio-name).
  3. Add a cover image and welcome message. This is the first thing clients see, so make it count.
  4. Select which session types appear on your booking page. You can show all or just a curated selection.
  5. Click Publish to make your page live.

Customizing the Design

Your booking page automatically inherits your brand colors and logo from Settings > Brand. You can further customize:

  • Layout: Choose between a grid view (shows all session types at once) or a list view.
  • Session cards: Each session type displays its name, duration, starting price, and a brief description.
  • Background: Upload a custom background image or use a solid color.

Booking Flow

When a client clicks on a session type, they see your available dates and times. After selecting a slot, they fill out your intake form (which you configure in Forms > Booking Form). You receive a notification and can approve or decline the request.

Approval vs. Instant Booking

Choose your preferred booking mode:

  • Approval required: You review each request before confirming. Best for custom sessions where you need to discuss details first.
  • Instant booking: Clients book directly and the session is confirmed immediately. Best for standardized sessions like headshots or mini sessions.

Embedding on Your Website

Copy the embed code from Bookings > Booking Page > Share and paste it into your website. The booking page renders in an iframe that matches your site's width. Alternatively, use a simple link button that opens the booking page in a new tab.

Tracking Performance

View booking page analytics in Bookings > Analytics. Track page views, booking requests, and conversion rates. If views are high but bookings are low, consider simplifying your session options or adjusting your pricing display.
