Bulk Client Actions
When you have 200 clients and need to tag all your 2025 weddings, you are not clicking 200 profiles. Bulk actions let you select a group and apply changes in one shot.
Selecting Multiple Clients
Go to Clients in your dashboard. You will see a checkbox on each row. To select clients:
- Click individual checkboxes to pick specific clients
- Click the header checkbox to select all visible clients on the current page
- Use filters first, then select all — this is the fastest way to act on a specific group
Once you have clients selected, a bulk actions bar appears at the top of the list showing how many are selected.
Available Bulk Actions
Bulk Tag
Add one or more tags to all selected clients at once. Type the tag name and press Enter. If the tag does not exist, creavio creates it. You can also remove a tag from all selected clients.
Bulk Email
Send the same email to all selected clients. Choose from your email templates or write a new message. Each client receives an individual email (not a CC/BCC chain), and merge fields like {first_name} personalize each one.
Bulk Archive
Move selected clients to the archive. Archived clients do not appear in your main client list or pipeline but are never deleted. You can unarchive them anytime from the Archive view.
Bulk Export
Download selected clients as a CSV file. The export includes all standard fields: name, email, phone, tags, source, pipeline stage, total revenue, and date added. Useful for mailing lists, accountants, or backing up your data.
Bulk Pipeline Move
Move all selected clients to a specific pipeline stage. Helpful when you finish a batch of deliveries and want to move 10 clients to "Delivered" at once.
Bulk Delete
Permanently delete selected clients and all associated data (notes, activity history). This is irreversible. creavio will ask you to confirm before proceeding. Use archive instead of delete unless you are cleaning up test data.
Combining Filters with Bulk Actions
The real power is in filtering first:
- Filter by Tag: Wedding and Date Added: 2025
- Select all results
- Bulk tag with "Past Client"
- Bulk move to "Delivered" stage
This takes 30 seconds instead of an hour.
Limits
Bulk email is capped at 200 recipients per batch to maintain deliverability. If you need to email more, creavio will automatically split the send into batches and process them over a few minutes.
Bulk actions apply to the selected clients only, not all clients matching a filter. Always confirm the selection count matches your expectation before clicking.
