Sending emails
You can send an email to any client from their profile page or from the communication section. Compose your message with a rich text editor that supports formatting, links, and images. Emails are sent from your creavio account and appear to come from your business.
Email templates
Templates save you from rewriting the same messages over and over. Create templates for common communications and reuse them with one click:
- Session preparation — What to wear, what to expect, where to meet.
- Follow-up after inquiry — Thank them for reaching out, share your availability, and link to your booking page.
