Creator Profile

Creator Profile

Your Creator Profile is your public-facing identity within the creavio ecosystem. It showcases your work, specialties, and availability — making it easy for brands and other creatives to discover and collaborate with you.

Setting Up Your Profile

Navigate to Settings > Creator Profile to get started. Fill in the essentials:

  • Display Name — your professional name or brand name
  • Bio — a short description of what you do (up to 300 characters)
  • Specialties — select from tags like Wedding, Portrait, Product, Landscape, Event, etc.
  • Location — your primary service area
  • Portfolio Images — up to 12 featured images that represent your best work

Collaboration Features

Once your profile is active, you unlock collaboration tools:

  • Collaboration Requests — receive and send collab invitations to other creavio creators
  • Shared Projects — work on a project with another creator, sharing galleries and timelines
  • Referral Links — generate a unique referral link to share with peers

Collaboration requests appear in your Messages inbox. Accept or decline with a single click, and optionally include a note.

Visibility Settings

Control who sees your profile:

  • Public — visible to anyone on creavio
  • Connections Only — visible only to people you've accepted as connections
  • Hidden — profile is not discoverable, but you can still share a direct link

Social Links

Connect your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and personal website so visitors can find you everywhere. These links appear on your public profile and are clickable.

Tips

  • Choose portfolio images that show range — different lighting, settings, and subjects
  • Update your specialties seasonally if your focus shifts (e.g., holiday mini sessions)
  • A complete profile gets significantly more collaboration requests than a bare one
