Social Calendar
The Social Calendar gives you a bird's-eye view of everything you have scheduled. See your entire content plan at a glance — by week or month — and rearrange posts instantly with drag-and-drop.
Accessing the Calendar
Navigate to Social > Calendar from your sidebar. The default view shows the current week. Toggle to Month view for a broader look at your content strategy.
Reading the Calendar
Each scheduled post appears as a card on its publish date. Cards are color-coded by platform:
- Purple — Instagram
- Blue — Facebook
- Teal — TikTok
- Gray — Multi-platform posts
Hover over any card to see a thumbnail preview, caption snippet, and scheduled time. Click to open the full post editor.
Drag-and-Drop Rescheduling
Need to move a post? Simply drag the card to a new date. creavio will update the scheduled time automatically, defaulting to the same time of day. If you want a specific time, click the card after dropping it and adjust the timestamp.
You can also drag posts between time slots within the same day to reorder your publishing sequence.
Content Gaps
The calendar highlights days with no scheduled content using a subtle dotted border. This makes it easy to spot gaps in your posting rhythm. Aim for consistency — most photographers see the best growth posting 3 to 5 times per week across platforms.
Filtering & Views
- Filter by platform to see only Instagram posts, for example
- Filter by status: Scheduled, Published, or Failed
- Toggle Show Published to overlay already-posted content on the calendar
Quick-Add from Calendar
Click any empty date to start composing a new post pre-filled with that date. This is the fastest way to fill content gaps as you plan your week.
