Social Media Scheduling
Consistent posting is one of the fastest ways to grow your creative business. creavio's scheduling tools let you compose, preview, and queue posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more — all from one place.
Composing a Post
From the Social section in your sidebar, click New Post. You can:
- Upload images or video directly, or pull from your creavio gallery
- Write your caption with hashtag suggestions powered by your niche
- Tag a location and mention collaborators
- Select which platforms to publish to — each post can go to one or multiple channels
Scheduling & Best Times
After composing, choose Schedule instead of Post Now. Pick a date and time, or let creavio suggest the optimal window based on when your followers are most active.
Best-time suggestions are calculated from your historical engagement data. The more you post, the smarter the recommendations become. If you're just starting out, creavio uses industry benchmarks for photographers and creatives.
Managing Your Queue
All scheduled posts appear in your Queue tab. From here you can:
- Edit captions or swap images before the post goes live
- Reschedule by clicking the timestamp
- Pause your entire queue if you need a break
- Delete a queued post without affecting others
Platform-Specific Formatting
Each platform has different requirements. creavio automatically adjusts aspect ratios and character limits per platform, and warns you if a caption exceeds TikTok's or Instagram's limits. You can also write platform-specific captions by toggling the per-platform editor, so your Instagram caption reads differently from your Facebook post.

- Batch your content creation — shoot once, schedule a week of posts
- Use the first comment feature to keep your caption clean and drop hashtags below
- Schedule stories and reels alongside feed posts for maximum reach
