Proposals and Packages

Present your services professionally

Proposals in creavio let you put together a polished document that outlines what you're offering, what it costs, and what's included. Instead of describing packages over email or DM, you send a single link that looks professional and makes it easy for clients to say yes.

Creating a proposal

  1. Navigate to the Proposals section under Money in the left sidebar.
  2. Click New Proposal and select the client.
  3. Add your packages or line items, each with a description, deliverables, and price.
  4. Include any terms, timelines, or notes the client should know.
  5. Preview the proposal to see exactly what the client will see.
  6. Send it. The client receives an email with a link to review.

Bundling packages

Packages let you group services together into a single offering. This is especially useful for weddings and events where clients expect a comprehensive package rather than a la carte pricing.

  • Create tiered packages — Offer a base package, a standard package, and a premium package so clients can choose their level of investment.
  • Include deliverables — Specify what's included: hours of coverage, number of edited images, album credits, print packages, or second shooters.
  • Show the value — When clients see everything bundled together, the perceived value increases compared to listing each item separately.

Client experience

Your client opens the proposal in a clean, branded page. They can review the packages, compare options if you've offered tiers, and accept the proposal with one click. Acceptance can trigger the next step in your workflow: a contract to sign, an invoice to pay, or a booking to confirm.

Tracking proposals

  • Sent — The proposal has been delivered to the client.
  • Viewed — The client has opened and looked at the proposal.
  • Accepted — The client has chosen a package and confirmed.
  • Declined — The client has passed. You can follow up or adjust the offer.

Tips

  • Limit your tiers to three options. Too many choices leads to indecision.
  • Name your packages creatively rather than using "Basic / Standard / Premium."
  • Follow up within 48 hours if a proposal has been viewed but not accepted.
