1. Open Tasks
Access your tasks from the dashboard or through the task section in your navigation. Tasks help you keep track of everything you need to do across all your projects and clients.
2. Click Add Task
Click the Add Task button to create a new task. A form will appear where you can define what needs to get done.
3. Enter Task Details
Give your task a clear, actionable title. For example: "Edit Johnson wedding gallery" or "Send pricing guide to Sarah." You can also add a description with more context or a checklist of subtasks.
4. Set a Due Date
Pick a deadline to keep yourself accountable. Tasks with due dates appear in your calendar and trigger reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
5. Set Priority
Assign a priority level to help you focus on what matters most:
- High for urgent, time-sensitive items
- Medium for important but not immediate tasks
- Low for things that can wait
6. Mark Complete
When you've finished a task, check it off to mark it as complete. Completed tasks move to your done list so you can see your progress over time.
Tips
- Associate tasks with specific clients to keep project work organized.
- Review your task list at the start of each day to prioritize your work.
- Use tasks to track post-session deliverables like editing, delivery, and follow-ups.
