Deliver your work beautifully
Collections in creavio are how you deliver finished images to your clients. Instead of sending a download link from a third-party service, you can host, present, and share galleries directly from your creavio account. Each collection is designed to showcase your work with a clean, professional layout that matches your brand. This guide walks you through creating and sharing your first collection.
Before you begin
- Have a set of edited images ready to upload (JPEG or PNG recommended).
- Know which client the collection is for — you'll link it to their CRM record.
Step-by-step
- Navigate to Collections. Open the Review Room tile from your home dashboard, or click All Apps in the left sidebar and choose Review Room to open the gallery management area.
- Create a new collection. Click New Collection and give it a name (e.g., "Smith Family — Fall 2026"). Select the client from your CRM.
- Upload your images. Drag and drop your images or use the file picker. creavio processes and optimizes them automatically for fast loading on any device.
- Organize and arrange. Reorder images by dragging them into your preferred sequence. The first image becomes the collection cover, so choose your strongest shot.
- Set sharing options. Choose whether the collection is private (link only) or password-protected for extra security. You can also enable or disable downloads.
- Share with your client. Click Share to send the collection link directly to your client via email. They'll receive a beautifully designed email with a preview and link to view the full gallery.
- Track engagement. See when your client views the collection and which images they interact with most. This data is valuable for understanding what resonates.
Pro tips
- Upload your best 30-50 images rather than everything from the session. A curated collection feels more premium and professional.
- Set the collection cover to a hero image that represents the session — it's the first thing clients see in the share email.
- Use collections as portfolio pieces on your website by toggling the public visibility option.
