Collections are how you share finished photos and videos with your clients. Think of them as private, branded galleries that give your clients a premium viewing and download experience, all hosted on creavio with no extra tools needed.
What you can do
- Upload photos and videos to a collection and organize them however you like
- Share with clients via a private link that opens a beautiful, full-screen viewing experience
- Enable client proofing so clients can mark their favorites, leave comments, and build a selection for albums or prints
- Control downloads by choosing whether clients can download full-resolution files, web-sized versions, or nothing at all until you're ready
- Set password protection to restrict access to only the people who should see the images
- Configure expiry dates so collections are available for a set period, after which the link no longer works
Why it matters
Delivering images through a Google Drive link or a WeTransfer folder works, but it doesn't reflect the quality of your work. Collections give your clients a curated, magazine-like experience that makes your photography look as good online as it does in print. How it connects to everything else
Each collection is linked to a client in your CRM, so you can see all galleries delivered to a client from their profile. Collections show up in the client's activity timeline alongside bookings, invoices, and contracts. You can also share collections through your creavio website, embedding them directly on portfolio pages or blog posts.
